- u need the below ingredients :
- ginger garlic paste
- garam masala powder
- Red chilly powder
- salt to taste
- corn starch
- rice flour
- gram flour
- HOW TO MAKE:First cut broccoli into medium sized florets.Then mix all the above ingredients ,don’t add much water to this.The mixture should not be runny .Rest the above mixture for 20 mts.Heat oil in a wok and fry the florets until brown.

Made this delicious mushroom today!
Wash a pack of mushrooms and cut into two or four halves.
In a bowl add about a 3-4 tbs of oil with 2 pizza spice mix pouches that come with Pizza order and 1 chill flake pack with salt to taste.
Add mushrooms to this mix and leave it overnight in the fridge.
Next day, cook the mushrooms for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
You could cook it instantly as well and let me know how that went 🙂
