  • u need the below ingredients :
  • Broccoli
  • ginger garlic paste
  • garam masala powder
  • Red chilly powder
  • turmeric
  • salt to taste
  • corn starch
  • rice flour
  • gram flour
  • oil
  • water
  • HOW TO MAKE:First cut broccoli into medium sized florets.Then mix all the above ingredients ,don’t add much water to this.The mixture should not be runny .Rest the above mixture for 20 mts.Heat oil in a wok and fry the florets until brown.
